About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role that offers flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Toronto, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement actuarial models to analyze and manage risk in the P&C Reinsurance industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert actuarial advice to clients and stakeholders on complex risk management and insurance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to ensure Aon's clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Strong actuarial background with a deep understanding of P&C Reinsurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
