Front Desk Clerk Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Cofortel Hôtel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome guests, provide information about hotel services, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Check-in and check-out guests, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Anticipate and meet the needs of each guest, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work Effectively in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
