Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, provide information about hotel services, make reservations, and check in/out guests.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and meet individual needs.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ensure a neat presentation, be approachable, and dynamic.
  • Be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (day and/or evening).

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
