Job Title: Floor Covering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Floor Covering Supervisor to join our team at System One Floor Solutions Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate installation teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the flooring industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
