Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Floor Covering Supervisor to join our team at System One Floor Solutions Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate installation teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, and requisition or order necessary supplies
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
