Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal store performance.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Sell Merchandise: Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising insights, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and implement efficient stockroom practices.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
