We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at Tranhaul Transport Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in ensuring the smooth operation of our truck fleet.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our drivers, as well as dispatching them to ensure timely delivery of goods. They will also be required to monitor routes, recommend measures to improve work methods, and provide technical advice to resolve work problems. Additionally, they will be responsible for training or arranging for training of new staff members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and product quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed and recommending personnel actions as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have a Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) and experience working in the trucking industry. They will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A basic security clearance is preferred but not essential.

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, as well as a pension plan.
