Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Packaging and Handling Specialist to join our team at Windsor Wholesale Bait.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 40-44 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment and manually move raw materials, finished products, and equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Check and weigh materials and products to ensure accuracy.
  • Packing and Crating: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently.
  • Team Support: Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; willingness to train is essential.
  • Work Environment: Staff accommodation is available, and various locations may be assigned.
  • Physical Demands: The role involves handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
