Job Title: Labourer - Packaging

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Labourer - Packaging to join our team at Windsor Wholesale Bait. As a Labourer - Packaging, you will be responsible for transporting items throughout the plant using powered equipment, transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually, and checking and weighing materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport items throughout the plant using powered equipment
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
  • Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas

Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding work. You will be required to stand for extended periods, combine sitting, standing, and walking, and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling.
