We are looking for a results-driven individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. As a Building Maintenance/Grooming Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
About the Role:
This key role involves:
- Undertaking general tasks related to building maintenance, including cleaning, snow removal, and lawn mowing.
- Assisting the Montreal Base Coordinator in managing daily operations at the Montreal Station.
- Liaising with vendors to schedule inspections and repairs for both the building and ground equipment.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment and making minor purchases as required.
Requirements:
- D.E.S. or equivalent and minimum of 3 years' experience as a janitor and/or experience in a similar position.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Leadership skills, excellent time management, and planning skills.
- General computer knowledge and bilingualism (French-English).
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive various types of class 5 equipment and vehicles.
