This includes preparing regulatory documents, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage security documentation required to close loans and advances.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Analysts to coordinate fundings and advances.
- Communicate with lenders and borrowers regarding loan deliverables and obligations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize between multiple competing commitments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Law Clerk, Legal Studies, or Paralegal Studies.
- Mortgage agent license with FSRA required.
