Programming Team Lead - Dead by Daylight

About the Role:

Behaviour Interactive Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programming Team Lead to join our team in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our programming team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of programmers dedicated to delivering features and fixing bugs in a live environment and on multiple SKUs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of programmers to deliver features and fix bugs in a live environment and on multiple SKUs;
  • Help estimate time to accomplish programming tasks and commit to meeting all objectives;
  • Provide help and support with programming when needed;

Requirements:

  • More than 6 years of experience writing clear and maintainable code;
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team of programmers;
  • Shipped at least one game with a full-life cycle delivery as a Lead Programmer;
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++/C#;
  • Ability to solve challenging technical problems with the most effective solution;
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for video games and the gaming environment;
