Software Test Engineering Manager

Job Description
- With over 8 years of experience in software testing management, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our test engineering team.
- Proficiency in product-relevant testing and process tools is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent managerial skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, software testing, and applications development is a must.
- The successful candidate will be eager to learn, introduce, and improve new and existing test practices and processes.
- Experience in automation test development in Selenium framework with TestNG, Maven, Log4j, Extent Reports, Junit, and Cucumber BDD or other automation tools is highly desirable.
- Maintenance of FDA standards for surgical imaging systems and development of VnV protocols in the healthcare domain are additional benefits.
- The test engineering team lead will be responsible for developing test plans and strategies, leading and managing the test engineering team, and providing mentorship and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Collaboration across the business, working with various teams to identify and resolve testing issues and optimize testing workflows, is also a key aspect of this role.
- Providing end-to-end software testing support for time and business-critical projects by leading test strategy, plan, execution, documentation, defect management, and status reporting is a key responsibility.
- Implementing core project management tools, methods, and best practices to assemble software testing plans that align with the project/release and with expectations of sponsors and stakeholders, and meet business needs, is also required.
- Developing and maintaining end-to-end automation scripts, automation frameworks, and reviewing test scripts are additional responsibilities.
- Experience in data analysis with SSIS packages and SQL servers for analysis of patient data in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge is also a key aspect of this role.
