Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist with laundry and linen services.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our hotel is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in our hotel, and we require all staff members to be proficient in English.Work Hours:

30-35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
