Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Blackbird Technologies Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Administer Network Infrastructure

Ensure the smooth operation of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Evaluate and Install Network Hardware and Software

Assess and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to meet the needs of our organization.

Provide Technical Support

Offer expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Perform Routine Network Maintenance

Execute regular network start-up and shut-down procedures, maintaining accurate control records and ensuring data integrity.

Ensure Data Backup and Recovery

Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery operations to safeguard our organization's critical data.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
