Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Gananoque Inn & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors in guest rooms and common areas
  • Dust furniture and fixtures throughout the hotel
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests
  • Stock linen closet and maintain inventory
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required
  • Will train for the position
