Job Summary

Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our front of house team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and beverage service to our guests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and beverage programs to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work efficiently to manage tables, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 30lbs.
