Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our shelves are always stocked
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Working Conditions

As a Sales Supervisor at Circle K, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.
