Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our sales team is working efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Client focus, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
Work Environment:

Our sales team works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be required to work 40 hours per week and be available to work flexible hours as needed.

The primary language of work is English.
