Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction and Excavation Project Manager to join our team at Kaayu Technologies. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of major renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage and coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of building codes and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
