Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at IVANA SKRTIC. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
