NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Representative to join our in-store team. As the face and voice of our store, you will provide exceptional customer service and take pride in wearing our uniform.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on our vehicle parts and accessories, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Place orders and follow up with customers as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
