Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) - Rotorcraft to join our team at Qwest Helicopters (2020) Ltd. As an AME, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our rotorcraft fleet by performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Inspect structural and mechanical systems of aircraft to ensure compliance with Transport Canada and company standards
    • Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel, and pneumatic systems
    • Maintain detailed repair, inspection, and certification records and reports
    • Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines, or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul, and cleaning, and reassemble
    • Perform and document routine maintenance
  • Technical Expertise
    • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and written technical instructions
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
    • Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • AME «M» Licence - Aircraft
  • Experience and Education
    • Experience in rotorcraft maintenance and repair
    • Other trades certificate or diploma

Working Conditions
