Hatts Off Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults and seniors in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with exercise and physical activities, promoting their mobility and overall health.
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing client needs.
