About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Pizza Hotline. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or fast food outlet/concession.
  • Work Language: English.
