The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Fan Service and Ticket Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional fan experiences and driving revenue growth through ticket sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to fans, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fans, encouraging repeat business and referrals through personalized interactions and tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on Blue Bombers and Valour FC games, events, promotions, and ticket packages to effectively communicate with fans and meet their needs.
- Process group sales and coordinate events, working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with fans, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our fans and drive business growth.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for sports and a commitment to creating memorable fan experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
