About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Avanti Software Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position involves making outbound calls to existing customers to educate them on change of billing options, while meeting sales and call targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound calls to existing clients to discuss change of billing options.
  2. Meet sales targets and outbound call targets.
  3. Educate customers on the change of billing options, including rental, purchase of used equipment, and purchase of new equipment.
  4. Process client orders for equipment, rentals, and/or purchases.
  5. Process direct client payments.
  6. Process third-party billings.
  7. Maintain proper documentation for third-party billing purposes.
  8. Address overdue account balances and organize call schedules.
  9. Attend to client concerns and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve client service and take action.
  11. Create and maintain client contacts and customer cards.
  12. Provide assistance in ensuring rental equipment is returned.
  13. Prepare quotes as needed.
  14. Communicate with home and community care support services.
Requirements
  1. Post-secondary education in an administrative or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative procedures and office duties.
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  5. Proficient in ERP systems, such as GP or Pronto.
Skills
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
  3. Strong initiative and ability to work in a team environment.
  4. Ability to time manage, remain organized, and prioritize work.
  5. Enthusiastic, dependable, and action-oriented, with a keen willingness to learn and improve.
  6. Commitment to delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
