Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grooming Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hair services, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Grooming Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, shampooing customers' hair, receiving payments, booking appointments, and promoting products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by shampooing customers' hair, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Receive payments from customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Book appointments and manage schedules effectively to minimize wait times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote products, sales, and services to drive business growth.
  • Clean the work area regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
