Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Tree Trust. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis: Review and post all general ledger financial and statistical activity, including imports, accruals, prepaids, etc.
  2. Financial Reporting: Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare working papers for review.
  3. Staffing Statistical Accounts: Reconcile staffing statistical accounts for accuracy.
  4. Compliance: Ensure data is in compliance with OHRS Guidelines.
  5. Chart of Accounts: Maintain Chart of Accounts and required interface tables from source systems to General ledger.
  6. Physician Payment Requisitions: Prepare physician payment requisitions and related reports.
  7. External Reporting: Participate in the external reporting system for both financials and statistics.
  8. Year-End Audit: Prepare year-end lead sheets for audit, and provide supporting backup for each account.
  9. Capital Asset Budgeting: Support capital asset budgeting and planning initiatives.
  10. Fixed Asset Subledger: Maintain and reconcile Fixed Asset Subledger.
  11. Special Projects: Assist with special projects as necessary.
Requirements
  1. Accounting Diploma: Accounting diploma from Community College.
  2. Accounting Experience: 2 years accounting experience.
  3. OHRS Certification: OHRS (MIS) Certification and competency.
  4. Microsoft Office: Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
  5. Crystal Report Writer: Experience with Crystal Report Writer.
  6. General Ledger Knowledge: Knowledge of general ledger, patient accounting, material management and inventory processes.
