Position Overview:
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of Tree Trust. This position is designed for a dedicated professional with a strong background in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with various departments to reconcile financial discrepancies and provide insights into financial performance.
- Prepare detailed working papers and year-end lead sheets for audit purposes.
- Assist in capital asset budgeting and planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and reconcile the Fixed Asset Subledger to maintain accurate records.
- Participate in special projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the finance team.

Qualifications:
- A diploma in Accounting from a recognized Community College.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, with the ability to manage complex workbooks.
- Familiarity with patient accounting, material management, and inventory processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a complex financial environment.
