Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Technology: Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as other software applications as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, hybrid work arrangement.
- Language: English.
