We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as contributing to a robust internal control environment.

This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining consistency in our finance and accounting functions across all regions of the company, supporting global initiatives, and interacting with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reports for Senior Management.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial results against budgets, explaining variances to support the production of monthly consolidated management accounts.
  3. Develop financial budgets, reports, forecasts, and investor-related presentations to support the company's strategic goals.
  4. Assist in developing processes to report and allocate global costs across all regions, ensuring consistency and alignment with global management expectations.
  5. Help manage the development of best practices, processes, and policies for the Accounting teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  6. Ensure the Finance Department complies with the Company's operating rules, policies, and procedures.
  7. Support the maintenance of appropriate internal financial controls and risk management processes.
  8. Ensure the Company's internal financial control systems, processes, and policies are adhered to by all parts of the Company's operations.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to develop actionable and data-driven plans for the finance organization.
  10. Support the operational and commercial teams by providing key insights to improve performance and ensure consistent results.
  11. Assist in the development and deployment of technology solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the Finance department.
  12. Identify opportunities for optimization throughout the business to improve overall financial performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  3. Experience working in a Data Center or Critical Infrastructure environment, preferred but not essential.
  4. Experience dealing with customer issues and problem solving.
  5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, strongly preferred.
  6. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors and other service providers.
  7. Fluency in English essential. Fluency in other languages relevant to the region being managed an advantage.
  8. Assertive and confident with a high level of personal and professional credibility.
  9. Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
