Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dining Establishment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Yuu Seafood Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, guaranteeing timely service delivery and adhering to quality control measures.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, manage inventory, and plan for future orders to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Hire food service staff and provide ongoing training and support to help them grow professionally.
Additional Requirements:
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitor expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability without compromising quality or service.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and submit reports on operational performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members towards achieving common goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and vendors.
  • Detailed knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and quality control.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the capacity to respond effectively to changing circumstances and priorities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
