Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Implementation Specialist to join our Global Technology Enterprise Platforms (GTEP) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and processes, with a focus on configuration to align with out-of-box functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and processes, with a focus on configuration to align with out-of-box functionalities.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards.
  • Develop and maintain scripts, business rules, and User Interface (UI) policies within the ServiceNow platform to achieve optimal functionality and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow Platform (i.e., Workflows, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.) and conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and integrity of implemented solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including delivery failures, configuration problems, and performance bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to address and resolve these issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine and improve existing processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Completed a post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, or in related Technology stream.
