Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at J. Garnons Williams Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to employees and management to ensure effective financial decision-making.
  • Identify and investigate financial compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and oversee the organization's financial systems, including accounting software and financial databases.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
