Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to meet health and safety standards.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a sparkling clean environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a respectful and solution-focused manner.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A strong focus on client service and a willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential.
