Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Maintenance Team at Norius Building Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to keep our spaces looking their best
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests and clients
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to meet health and safety standards
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and infections
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy ride for all users
  • Handle and report lost and found items in a timely and efficient manner
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide basic information on facilities and services to our clients and visitors
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to keep our spaces looking their best
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a high standard of hygiene

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines to meet.
