Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

SULTAN CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing finance team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior financial role
  • Proven track record of financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
