About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our financial products, including the Neo Card and Neo Savings accounts. As a member of our agile team, you'll work closely with engineers, product marketing, UX research, and product design to create innovative solutions that drive growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define product vision and strategy, translating it into a clear roadmap to drive growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build world-class financial services products.
- Engage with third-party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps that support continued product innovation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our financial product stack from a user, technical, operations, business, and design perspective, using that understanding to bring high-impact opportunities to the product roadmap.
- Own the execution of your team's projects, excelling at keeping the product ticket backlog up-to-date and prioritized, integrating projects into sprints, release management, gathering feedback, and iterating on releases.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience working with software products.
- Prior start-up or product experience, business analyst, management consulting, systems, or engineering background.
- Capable of executing high-value projects with multiple stakeholders while dealing with competing priorities.
- Taking ownership of your work and outcomes with a passion for building world-class products with a world-class team.
