Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at BC Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, maintaining accurate records.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
- Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train, with a focus on developing strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and composure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
