Tidal Commerce, a leading tech consulting agency, is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our dynamic management consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Fortune 500 clients, diving deep into their unique challenges and crafting bespoke solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our clients' digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and specify digital project requirements, conducting detailed analysis to determine project scope and deliverables, and developing process documentation to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and specify digital project requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to determine project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop process documentation to support business processes.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design of system architecture, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Continuously liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met and/or exceeded.
  • Define and develop digital roadmaps for clients, aligning their business goals with tailored technology solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by advising clients on digital transformation and innovation, helping them stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics.

Qualifications

  • An MBA or BBA degree from a renowned program is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen ability to translate complex concepts into understandable terms.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a must; experience with tools like Miro and Jira is a plus.
  • Experience with E-Commerce project management and the Shopify ecosystem is preferred.
  • Previous experience in tech or management consulting is preferred.

  • Screening Interview:
