Position Overview:

We're seeking talented individuals who share our passion for creating true beauty while making a difference in the world. As a key member of our team, you'll provide hair and wellness expertise to our guests, teaching them how to use our products effectively and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to guests, offering expert advice on hair and skincare products.
  • Teach guests how to use our products effectively, ensuring they receive the best possible results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Aveda's high standards for quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or Esthiology license/certificate preferred, but not required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow with Aveda, with mandatory attendance and satisfactory completion of all company-required meetings and education.
