Position Summary
Northern Health Authority is seeking a skilled Registered Care Aide to join our team in a long-term care setting. As a Registered Care Aide, you will work under the functional direction of a Registered Nurse or other designate to assist in the delivery of client care in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of client care in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures.
Work under the functional direction of a Registered Nurse or other designate.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to clients.

Requirements:
Grade 10 plus graduation from a recognized Nursing Assistant Program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience and registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to deal with others effectively.
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
Ability to organize work.
Ability to operate related equipment.
