About the Role

Tap & Barrel is a dynamic hospitality company that is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at our Langley location. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers

Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operation and minimize wasteSupervise and train staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environmentMonitor and control labor costs to ensure profitability

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a food service management role

Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesExcellent communication and leadership skills
