Job Title: Meat Cutter - Ontario Corporation
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Ontario Corporation. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in meat cutting and preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare meats for sale
- Train meat cutters
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Slice cooked meats
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language
- 30 to 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.
