Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at APNA Farm Halal Meat and Grocery. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale in our supermarket.
Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones and other inedible parts from meats
- Weigh and price meats for sale
- Cut and prepare poultry and fish for sale
- Operate band saws and other equipment to cut and process meats
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
