Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Shri Hari Buildcon Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring availability and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
