Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for medical and academic affairs across the organization, ensuring alignment with our vision and mission.
- Integration and Enhancement: Lead the integration of medical services across multiple sites, fostering a unified and integrated approach to healthcare delivery.
- Academic and Research Partnerships: Enhance collaborations with academic and research institutions to advance our mission and community impact.
- Patient-Centered Care: Drive initiatives that promote patient-centered care and operational excellence, ensuring high standards of care and quality improvement.
The successful candidate will be a physician licensed by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario or eligible for licensure. You will be an experienced, inclusive, and visionary leader with credentials and experience in both medical leadership and clinical practice. You will possess superb interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and change management skills, with a history of providing leadership to and team building with professional and clinical staff.
