Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at El-Amm Holdings Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of services and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and strategies, driving sales growth and increasing customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Operations and Logistics: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 30 to 40 hours per week
