Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality and compassionate care to clients in the community with exceptional customer service.
  • Some tasks include personal care and activities of daily living, homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
  • Companionship and/or accompanying clients to activities and events in the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with quadriplegic clients, mechanical lift transfers, peri-care involving catheter maintenance, and digital rectal stimulation.
  • A reliable mode of transportation.
  • A clear Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • A formal, accredited caregiver training program or equivalent education and experience.
